Good to Know

Entrance door
When the reception and restaurant are closed, the entrance doors are locked. You can find the code in your arrival SMS.

Additional accessories
Missing something in the apartment? Contact us or visit the reception. Here you can rent a highchair, cot, linen set, or iron.

Breakfast
Included in your stay and served at the Halster restaurant, located on the ground floor.

WiFi
You can use the KLAPPENGUEST network at Hotell Kurbits, Toppstugan, and Kläppentorget.

TV
You have access to the following channels: SVT1, SVT2, SVT24/Barnkanalen, TV4, Kanal 5, Kunskapskanalen, Sjuan, CNN, Kanal9, NRK1, NRK2, TV12, DR1, DR2, and INFO PAGE (channel 15).
You can also stream from your own device, such as Netflix. Choose between LIVE TV and HDMI1 using the INPUT button on the remote control. More information is available on the INFO PAGE.

Windows and balcony door
To open, press the buttons on the top and bottom of the handle simultaneously.

Fault reporting
If something doesn't work, contact us by 11.00am the day after arrival. If anything happens during your stay, please contact us immediately.

Waste management
You are responsible for waste management during your stay. The recycling house is located at the northern part of the car park.

Ready for the slopes

Ski storage lockers
Press C, enter your code and press the key symbol to open. The locker locks automatically when you close the door. You will find your code on the inside of the apartment's front door. You can also obtain it from the reception staff.

Delivery of equipment
If you have pre-booked equipment with delivery, it will be delivered to the ski storage on the day of arrival. Upon departure, return the equipment at the Rental at Kläppentorget.

Pre-booked Skipass
Collected from the machine at the hotel entrance. If you have reloaded an existing card, it will be activated automatically at the lift gate.

The car during your stay

Parking
You can park for free in the marked spaces at Tranantorget. 

Charging an electric car
You can only charge at our stations located at Tranantorget, Kläppentorget, or the parking at Älvspåret.

Departure

Cleaning
The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. If you would like extra cleaning or a change of towels, please contact us. In the suites, a daily review is conducted during your stay.

Check-out
On the day of departure, you will receive an SMS with a link for digital check-out. Click the link and lock the apartment before you leave. Check-out is by 10:00.
