If you have purchased departure cleaning, or if it is included in the accommodation:
Check-out is no later than 10.00 and before that, we ask you to wash the dishes and put all the crockery in its place (the dishwasher can be left on) and leave the rubbish at the waste station. If you are staying at Hotel Kurbits, check-out is no later than 10.00.
If you choose to clean yourself;
Check-out is no later than 11.00 and before that, the following is to be cleaned before the next guest's arrival;
- Air the apartment/cabin and the bedding, then put the bedding folded on the beds.
- Dry the cupboards and wardrobes.
- Wash dishes and put all crockery in its place (the dishwasher can be left on).
- Clean the fridge, freezer, hob, oven, cooker hood and chopping board.
- Clean the rubbish bin under the sink.
- Clean bathrooms, toilets, sinks, taps, drying cabinets, mirrors and saunas, where available.
- Vacuum and wet wipe floors (only wet wipe floors without carpet).
- DO NOT switch off the heating, refrigerator or water heater.
- Check that windows and doors are closed and locked.
- Do not forget to raise the thermostat/radiator before you check out (if you lowered it during your stay).
- Leave your rubbish at the waste disposal centre.
Cleaning agents and cleaning equipment can be found in the cabin/apartment's cleaning cabinet. If you are missing any cleaning products, just give us a call on +46 (0) 280-96200.
After you have checked out, we will check the cleaning, if the cleaning is deficient or missing, you will be charged with a minimum of SEK 2,500.
If you have booked linen sets;
Please help us remove them from the beds and place them with the towels in the hallway of your accommodation and we will take care of them accordingly.
Check out;
Traditional keys - Leave the accommodation keys/tags in the same place where you collected them. If the reception is closed, leave them in the key box by the heating room. Ps, don't forget to lock the door.
Digital code lock - On the day of departure you will receive a text message with a check-out link, click on the link to check out, then your check-out is complete. Ps, don't forget to lock the door.
