Checking into your accommodation
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a number of SMS messages from us. In the morning, you will receive an SMS with information on how to access your accommodation. When your accommodation is ready for check-in, you will receive a check-in SMS. This SMS contains a link which you click on to check in. The check-in SMS will be sent to you by 16:00.
Accommodation with direct check-in (code lock)
If you are staying in Direct Check-in accommodation, you can go directly to the accommodation on arrival. Check in via your check-in SMS, you will then receive a new SMS with a link to your code card.
To open the front door, first press # and then the 10-digit start code on your code card. After opening the front door for the first time, you only need to press # and the last five digits for the rest of your stay.
Accommodation where the cabin key is collected from the key box at the check-in station
To collect keys from the key box, go to the Check in station belonging to the accommodation area you will be staying in.

Check in via the link in your check-in SMS, you will then receive a new SMS with a 6-digit code for the key box where your cabin keys are kept. Dial the code on the key box provided in the same SMS to retrieve the keys.
Tip: In your booking confirmation you can see if your accommodation has direct check-in or if you have cabin keys to collect at the check-in station.
Check out from your accommodation
Leave your accommodation with Direct Check-in
On the day of departure, you will receive an SMS with a check-out link. Please click on the link and notify your departure. Don't forget to lock your accommodation before you leave.
Leave the key in the same check-in station
On the day of departure you will receive an SMS with a check-out link. Return the cabin keys to the same check-in station and key box you collected them from. Use the code you received on arrival to open the key box. Please note that you must return the cabin keys before checking out via the link in your departure SMS in order to open the key box and return the keys.
Once you have returned the keys, please click on the link and notify your departure.
