Our traditional Christmas buffe is served at Halster Bar & Bistro in three sittings. 80 different products. Among other things, several different types of herring pickles, hot and cold smoked salmon, gravlax. From our local supplier, Karelius charcuterie in Lima comes Christmas ham, veal jam, prince sausage, Christmas sausage etc. On the table you will of course find ribs, meatballs, classic Christmas salads & sauces, pies, eggs with rum & shrimps, different kinds of bread, several different kinds of cheeses, biscuits, dessert table, fruit and Christmas sweets.
