We get to work while you are still sleeping. The bread shop at Bageriet opens as early as 07:30, selling freshly baked bread for you to surprise your family with. At 09:00, the pastry shop opens, offering treats which you can eat at the café or bring with you. As the afternoon approaches, we fire up the pizza ovenat 15:00 and start selling pizzas for takeaway or to be eaten at the restaurant, which turns our little bakery into a neighbourhood restaurant with pizza on the menu.
Bageriet
The new Bakery at Kläppen has been a success. Here, it is teeming with creative pastries, to the point that it is difficult to choose and may require many visits. The cosy café whose walls once adorned a barn in Lima.
