Already have a Keycard? It couldn’t be easier. Enter your Keycard number when booking your Ski Pass, and it will be activated automatically the first time you pass through the lift gate.
Need a new Keycard? Simply add a Keycard when booking your Ski Pass. You can collect it from one of our ticket machines, either outside the ski rental at Kläppentorget or by the entrance to Hotell Kurbits. You’ll receive an email with QR codes to use when collecting your Keycard.

Good to Know When Buying a Ski Pass
Our Ski Passes are free for children up to and including the age of 7, but a Keycard is required for every skier, even the youngest. Ski Passes are personal and cannot be shared, with the exception of the Parent Pass. Refunds are available up until one day before the first day of validity. After that, a medical certificate is required, unless Kläppen does not meet its Snow Guarantee. If you lose your card, any remaining ski days can easily be transferred to a new Keycard by providing your ticket serial number. A photo is required for all Season Passes.
