Kim Boberg - straight out of Älvdalen, who has been charging down Kläppenberget since childhood and if he gets to choose the slope himself, the choice is going to be Kläppen Snowpark.
Kim has been an inspiration in the sport of freeskiing for many years and has skied for the ski brand Armada Skis for 16 years. From competing his first years as a professional skier, in recent years he has focused on various film projects. He has been filming with Field Productions, has an incredible part in Armada's movie "Oil and Water" and together with Lasse Nyhaugen he created the video series "Shred 'n Breakfast". It is rumored that he has a new film project in the making with Armada which we are really look forward to seeing.
Kim is also the founder of the legendary Kimbo Sessions event, which will return this winter for the tenth time. Kim invites some of the most talented skiers in the world to spend a week in the Kläppen Snowpark, which is being rebuilt for the event. These conditions create a unique atmosphere where community and creativity push the sport of freeskiing in a fantastic way. Kimbo Sessions is world-renowned in the culture and every year skiing enthusiasts look forward to seeing films and edits from the event.
